How to restore settings in advanced power options?

Notebook Asus K501LX. The hard drive died, I had to reinstall Windows.
On the old system, in the advanced power settings, you could configure Power Limit and Acoustics Limit, now even after installing the drivers from Intel from the Asus website, these settings did not appear.

Search here . This is not hardwired in the drivers, but in some utilities.
