How to restore RAID LSI MegaRAID SAS 9260-4i ?

Hello!
I had a mirror raid.
In smart, I saw that one of the disks was throwing errors.
Decided to replace the drive.
Ruined the raid or it fell apart because of the disk.
I beg you to help me build a raid!
How it was before my actions:

# megacli -CfgDsply -aALL

Drive [252:0] was throwing a bunch of SMART errors.
I decided to initiate its replacement.
Made:
[email protected] ~ # megacli -PDOffline -PhysDrv [252:0] -a0

Adapter: 0: EnclId-252 SlotId-0 state changed to OffLine.

Exit Code: 0x00
[email protected] ~ #

In the output of the previous command, I saw the changes:
State : Degraded
...
Firmware state: Offline

I rebooted the server and checked that the server boots into the installed OS.
Loading OK.
Did the following:
[email protected] ~ # megacli -PDMarkMissing -PhysDrv [252:0] -a0

EnclId-252 SlotId-0 is marked Missing.

Exit Code: 0x00
[email protected] ~ # megacli -PdPrpRmv -PhysDrv [252:0] -a0

Prepare for removal Success

Exit Code: 0x00
[email protected] ~ #

Replaced disk.
I'm loading. Not loaded!!!
Result:
[email protected] ~ # megacli -CfgDsply -a0

I inserted the dying disk again instead of the replaced one.
Overloaded.
The same problem.
Please help me restore the raid.
Thank you!

@brutal_lobster

Why did not they use the office. dock?
Are you sure you replaced the correct drive? It's very strange that vd is gone)
First, make a copy of the disk :)
Show:

MegaCli –LDInfo -Lall -aALL
MegaCli --PDList -aALL
MegaCli –CfgForeign –Scan -aALL
MegaCli –CfgForeign –Preview -aALL

If foreign config looks like the truth - import it and run a rebuild on the dock.
