Recommend RAID controller for SSD

Hello, please advise a controller for a RAID6 array of 6 SSDs, I myself tend to LSI or Adaptec.

@Zverenish

When I chose a controller with SSD + HDD support for work, I settled on the Adaptec 6 series (6805). Their implementation of Hybrid RAID for RAID1 and RAID10 levels, where writing occurs to all drives, and reading - only from SSD, without bumping into matching different read speeds for HDD and SSD, and even reducing HDD write speed if read operations occur simultaneously and records.
But, the 6E series does not support RAID5 / 6 - the 7 series can do this (I only needed RAID10, so there was no point in overpaying for unused functions).
From what I didn’t like, even when a single disk is connected, the controller initializes, making it “empty”, even if there is information on it (I understand that you can restore it, but this is an extra procedure). At home, a 16-port LSI controller connects disks normally.
Although you do not plan to use the hybrid option.
Go beyond the PCIe generation. Given that you plan to use an SSD. After all, the bandwidth of the controller is very important to them. PCIe x8 2.0 has a theoretical (almost always slightly lower) ceiling in one direction - 4Gb / s, which is still enough for 6 SSDs, but for more - it may already be a limiter. PCIe x8 3.0 is preferable in this regard, having a bandwidth of 2 times higher.
Good luck choosing!
