How to restore partitions on hdd by booting from a flash drive?

Windows was on the laptop. I decided to install Ubuntu instead of Windows. I booted from a USB flash drive and during installation I selected the item Replace Windows 7 with Ubuntu. As a result, the installer removed all partitions from the HDD and created a new partition table. No data was written to disk. I managed to reboot. Tell me the iso image of the boot disk on which there would be a program with which you can restore deleted partitions.
