How to restore iphone if there is a backup but it asks for iCloud password?

Please tell me what to do if I reflashed the iphone, tied to icloud? It now asks for a password, I don't remember it. Recovering the password also failed.
But before flashing I made a backup copy.
Is there any way to recover from it?
