Why doesn't hover work on Iphone?

On this site there is a block "Our destinations". Hover is registered for it. When hovering over a block, the link is underlined. But this hover does not work on iphone.
How to fix?

How exactly is it not working for you? What actions are you taking? On mobile devices, in principle, hover works a little differently. For there is no hover event on the element

Hover doesn't work because you're not hovering over the element. On mobile devices, the cursor replaces the finger. Try holding your finger over the block, the hover should work.
