How to restore hotkeys in word 2013?

There is such nonsense here:
kbKtJ5k.png
I have it by default in normal.dot. For copy - ctrl+insert, for paste - shift+insert, etc.
How to restore to standard combinations, ala ctrl + c, ctrl + v, etc.? Can normal.dot be replaced? This is clear with handles, but I want to change all the functions. Thank you.

@oxojeck

Not quite clear. Did you assign ctrl+insert, shift+insert etc. there?
Then it is not clear why - they already work without any appointments in almost any software, including the office.
As for resetting all shortcuts to default, in the screenshot you provided there is a Reset All... button, click it, and you will be happy.
