Why does onenote stay running in the background?
The problem is this. The computer has 2016 office, there is also onenote 16. Windows 10. When you close one note for the first time after a reboot, the onenote background process remains. Everything would be fine, but after that it is impossible to open the program, writes "clearing data after the previous session." If I force close a background process, the program opens. On other PCs, the background process does not remain, one note works there as it should. What could be causing this glitch?
