How to restore files from a backup if the server burned down?
Good afternoon. Some are already aware that on March 10 the data center in Strasbourg burned down. My server was in the SBG2 building, which is completely destroyed.
What should I do?
How to return files from the backup storage if we can access the backup storage only from the ip address of the server that burned down? Maybe there is a way to transfer this same IP to another OVH server? OVH support is ignored.

You need to buy another server on ovh. There you can transfer files from the backup. https://docs.ovh.com/gb/en/dedicated/services-back...
I suggest calling OVH, as far as I know, they have Russian-speaking support in Lithuania
There is currently a major fire incident at our data center in Strasbourg involving a fire in the SBG2 building. Firefighters immediately arrived on the scene, but were unable to control the fire in SBG2. The entire building has been insulated which affects all of our services on SBG1, SBG2, SBG3 and SBG4. If your service is hosted in Strasbourg, we recommend that you activate the Disaster Recovery Plan . All our brigades are fully mobilized along with firefighters. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
