How to restore edited information?

Plz tell me, is it possible to recover information in a file that was edited in Notepad ++?

Is the file already saved and closed? If not - Ctrl+z.
If yes, you can try programs to recover deleted data from your hard drive, but I highly doubt that this will give anything at all.
So most likely, no, you can't.

If shadow copying is enabled, you can use the "restore previous version" feature. Works in win7+
