How to restore database on open server local hosting?

I developed a WordPress site in a local hosting open server, then I had to reinstall the local hosting, which I did, but before that I archived the site directory, but the database for backing up missed this moment (screwed up hard). Question: "everything is fucked up" or is there still at least some hope of restoring?

As I understood from your answers in the comments, you, after backing up the site itself, physically deleted the OpenServer folder, where the database you were looking for was located. And the basket, I guess, was also cleared. And your OS is Windows 10.
In this case, you have only one thing to do: try to recover deleted files.
To do this, you must immediately stop any recording of files on the hard drive on which the system is installed. It is advisable not to do anything with the computer until the start of manipulations.
Personally, of all the file recovery programs I tried, I liked the free R Saver the most, I recommend it.
Because your site is backed up, you can see the name of the remote database you are looking for in wp-config.php.
OpenServer databases are stored in /OpenServer/userdata/... and beyond according to the versions used (MariaDB, MongoDb, MySQL, etc.). To avoid problems, I recommend limiting the search area for recovery to just "/OpenServer/userdata/".
Here is a step-by-step demonstration of the program on the developer channel (for clarity or if there are difficulties).
Dare!
