Greetings. Here's a story that happened. Hacked an account on reg.ru changed all accesses - the mail to which the account was originally registered. They even say that the hosting service is on a different account, i.e. There is no access to the service.
There is a site on Joomla CMS, how can I get a backup copy? A person can personally come to the office of reg.ru, but the account with the service is not on it now.
How to be?
