Hello. I am interested in the question: what to answer to the offer of cooperation?
I have my own project. I decided to share the idea with my friend. As a result, he called me and offered to cooperate. It turned out that he himself conceived a similar project, and was going to start it, having learned the necessary technology. And here, it turns out, I got ahead of him. He says that he can offer me ideas for the project, which are stunning and for some reason no one (from the developers) thinks about. He says that they are very dear to him and he thought about them for a long time.
What should I answer to this? Maybe you need to learn something more from him? About some conditions or something else?
