advise what to read or maybe someone has an algorithm on how to draw up an investment project for the IT market, in the development of ECM and CRM / ERP systems. Well, or in general for IT services. I’ve been googling something for the last couple of days, I’m like a newfag = /
The situation is as follows: I’m writing a thesis on marketing, the company on which the practice is based - is engaged in IT outsourcing, audit, development and implementation of CRM / ERP - in order to increase profitability - the company needs to propose a new service - ECM. In order for the proposal to look like - it needs to be issued in the form of an investment project, and then I'm stuck - my googling skills let me down a little =( Tell me someone can.
