How to resolve subdomains via dnsmasq to .localhost in Ubuntu?

Actually, there are a lot of topics, but I'm confused in the wilds, how to resolve any subdomains to the main .localhost via dnsmasq in Ubuntu?
Perhaps I somehow misunderstood the question, but the following is necessary: I do ping qeqweqw.localhost everything goes through 127.0.0.1
Any domain, no matter what I enter, should be redirected...
