The .ru domain at godaddy.com. Why can't I change dns servers?

I bought a .ru domain from godaddy.com on May 15th. It was not possible to immediately change the dns servers, since the status of the domain was - waiting for registration. It's been 5 days and the status still hasn't changed. Do I still have to wait or did I do something wrong?

Waited a week. And it turned out that godaddy has been registering RU domains for a long time. It is better to buy such domains in nic.ru
