How to resolve error in vagrant php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed?

Raised the server on Vagrant ubuntu 14.04 trying to connect to the database via PDO , gives the following error:

PDO::__construct(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known

help me solve this problem please

Show DSN in PDO. You probably didn't write it right.
