How to resolve conflict between TAP-Windows Adapter V9 and PPPOE connection?

To activate MS Office, I installed KMSMicro 5.0.1, which pulled the TAP-Windows Adapter V9 along with it. After a while, problems with connecting via PPPOE began to arise, and they appeared chaotically - an hour of normal operation, then it just couldn't connect - error 718.
Repaired by turning the adapter on or off, checking or unchecking access to IPv4 and IPv6 protocols in the adapter properties and installation-removal thereof. But, again, everything is unstable - it can work like this for a day, or it can be cut down again after 20 minutes, and the methods themselves do not always help.
