How do I register for Safe Browsing Alerts for Network Administrators?

I'm trying to register my ASN at https://www.google.com/safebrowsing/alerts
But I'm getting an error:

Sorry, we do not have enough information about ASXXXX() to perform a registration. Please update the whois information of this AS with contact emails, and try again.

Whois has admin-c, abuse-c, tech-c, remarks with additional contact information.
Who faced similar, prompt what to it does not suffice?
