FBI not for all?

Sat now and read some statistical material on the FBI website, perhaps it would be useful for a dissertation. I noticed the "Vacancies" button, purely out of academic interest, I decided to click . Faced a strange problem - browsers do not display the page. None of the 4.

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.fbijobs.gov

Only the use of an anonymizer helps to see the contents of the page.

Perhaps this is paranoia, but the thoughts are as follows:

- access to this page is somehow suppressed by ours in order to prevent someone from going to work for the enemy through the official website));
— access works only for US IPs;
- some problems on the site itself;
- I'm doing something wrong.

Does the community have any thoughts on this?

The FBI are American investigators, they work only within the states. Why would ours suddenly close access to their site, but leave open cia.gov?
