How to resize artboard workspace in photoshop?

How to change to remove this area from the artboard?
Resizing doesn't help, neither do the coordinates. Maybe somewhere in the settings?
Why is it the same for all artboards

select move tools or artboard tools in the tool palette and scale as needed

Your Solid Color layer is outside of any artboard. Or create your own for each artboard. Or use the standard ability to set the color of the artboard. This is done in its properties:
What exactly to choose is up to you. Solid Color can be converted into a smart object, scattered across all artboards, and then, if necessary, change the color in all iterations. With properties, of course, this will not work.
