How to reset Zenithink Zt-180?

Good day dear!
Please advise how to reset Zenithink Zt-180 settings.
I tied it to my account after buying it, now I gave it, but the account cannot be deleted.
Resetting all settings leads to a black screen, from which you can only exit with a hard reset.
All sync for this account is disabled. You can delete / create additional accounts, but not the first one tied to the tablet.
If you can not reset, then maybe you can switch to a new account? Mail under the new account works, but the market does not.
Advise what to do with the tablet.

I do not delete the first account on 1030, but I managed to enter the market under the second account.

I reflashed it after purchase to the latest version, tk. There was no market even in the wretched old version.
I took the firmware and instructions from zenithink.us
At one time I googled for two weeks to find it, there was very little information on the Internet. So I'm writing to, perhaps, facilitate your work in finding the firmware!
