Recommend an android mobile phone with the maximum number of built-in sensors that can be used to test various applications during development, for a price not exceeding $200.

Any phone has a standard set of sensors - microphone, camera, light, sensor, accelerometer. What else do you need? Geiger counter?

I recommend using your current smartphone, if you have one, or, in the absence of one, buy some Nexus no older than five based on long-term full use, and just emulate the missing sensors.
