How to reset Grandstream GXP1165 IP phone settings?

Good afternoon.
IP phone Grandstream GXP1165 hangs when turned on. It says Booting... Setting static IP and the slider doesn't move.
It does not go into the settings, the PC does not see it at all. How to be? Thanks
