For example, there is such a thing as a Skype Number, but there is no way to get a Russian number. And I need a person to call me on a regular Russian phone number, and I could receive a call through an Internet connection in some of the mobile messengers. I know a couple of services, but they have significant problems and do not provide a stable connection.
