How to reset everything so that all repositories, all commits, etc. are deleted?

In general, I am training to upload the project to github, I uploaded it 15 times, deleted it, everything seemed to work fine, but when I wanted to make a more or less normal project, I committed it, pushed it, created branches, uploaded it to github and can’t download it, I have keeps getting the error The directory \myNewProject is registered as a Git root, but no Git repositories were found there. I deleted it from the git, uploaded it on a new one, when I create a new repository it always says, seelected directory is already under git, I create a new one, add it, press share project on github, hello successful, but again the folder is empty on the git with the project, if I download this project, it again writes The directory \myNewProject is registered as a Git root, but no Git repositories were found there. How to fix it? ((I've been fiddling around for a day and I don't understand how to solve it.
