GitHub how to create it correctly?

Though burst, already for the 100th time I created a turnip on GitHub and created index.html and still the static site mygeyan.github.io is not available , how to create it correctly?
I watched a video from youtube and did exactly how it works there and there, but I don’t!
Email confirmed and readme.md did not forget to create __ :

how to deal with this ?
