How to reset access to SQLEXPRESS?

Accidentally removed confirmation of access to the SQLEXPRESS database for Microsoft account. Now I can't login to SQLEXPRESS database neither via 'sa' nor via windows authentication - I get error 18470 that my account has been deactivated. That is, I can’t enter the database in any way. How can the problem be solved?
