How to report a violation of the GDPR?

Here is such a thing. I asked one service to delete my account, but they refuse, citing the fact that they “don’t want to”.
How can I complain about a direct and blatant violation of the GDPR? I would understand ignoring tickets (so that later “oh, we didn’t see”), but here they directly refuse to do this.
And yes, I warned the guys that they were violating the GDPR by denying me my request to delete my account and personal data. They don't care.) So my conscience for their future fine is clearly clear.

Are you from St. Petersburg? If so, then you are not a citizen of a country in which the GDPR is valid, which means you cannot demand compliance with it in relation to yourself. You can apply to the Russian court regarding the violation of the law on personal data by the service. In the event of a decision in your favor, the service will receive a requirement to comply with the law, and if the requirement is ignored, access to the service on the territory of the Russian Federation will be blocked.

Dreaming is not bad.
Are you not an EU citizen?
So the GDPR does not apply to you.

Sorry moa, you are not from the Russian Federation? And this service is also not from the Russian Federation? Then - to the support of the service, to the support of the hoster, if there is one, to the local police in the end ...
If you are from the Russian Federation and the service is in the Russian Federation, you can either lean back on the sofa and relax - because in the Russian Federation there is no GDPR , there is a Russian law "On Personal Data" - either write to the service already applied to Russian realities, so that later it can be presented in court ...
