How to reply to a bot message in Viber?

I am making a primitive bot in PHP for technical support, the bot forwards an incoming message to a certain group of people, one of this group answers.

In the context menu (when holding on a message) there is no button to reply to an incoming message from the bot, there is forward, copy, but no answer.

Who faced? Or maybe it is so conceived and there is no way to add it?
