How to handle user input after telegraf command?

Node.js

There is such a flow:
- the user sees the keyboard
- there is a "Create news" button in the keyboard
- the user clicks on this button
- the bot sends a message: "Enter the name of the news"
- the question is how to process the user input in this case?
I am using telegraf and telegraf-widget not using scene.
