How to replace the Wi-Fi module in a laptop?

Hello.
My laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad E330) has a Wi-Fi module (defined in Windows 10 as Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230) operating at 2.4GHz.

I recently purchased a router that can operate at 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies.
I would like to replace the Wi-Fi module in my laptop with another one that can work on both frequencies (2.4GHz and 5GHz). Without replacing antennas in a laptop.
If I replace the Wi-Fi module in my laptop, will it work on both frequencies (2.4GHz and 5GHz) using the original antennas?
PS I haven't chosen a new module yet. I assume they are sold on ebay.com or aliexpress.com.
PPS All my wireless devices can operate on 5GHz Wi-Fi except my laptop. A lot of neighboring routers operate at a frequency of 2.4 GHz and none at a frequency of 5 GHz.

@ERAFY

Many modern laptops (including Lenovo) have a hardcoded list of module IDs that are allowed to work on the device. So without modifying the BIOS, it may not be possible to replace WiFi.
