What services are available to replace/replace the text on the site (title, email) depending on the user's request or depending on the source of the transition (for example, to track the effectiveness of Ya.Direct)?

I don't know about services.
And this is how a script is written to track the url by which the visitor comes, and based on the utm tags, the desired header is substituted.
For example, in Direct there is a group of ads with the word "cheap", we make links with the tag utm_campaign=Cheap
The script pulls this url, sees the tag and substitutes the given heading "Cheap % goods% with delivery in the Russian Federation"
In general, substitution occurs by tracking utm tags in urls.

It makes sense when you need to generate hundreds or thousands of headlines.
If there are only 10 ad groups in an advertising campaign, then it is much easier to make 10 pages that are well tailored for each group (not just headlines).
