There is an opinion that the forums are outdated and for communication with the community that has developed around your product, you need to use more modern and fashionable solutions. FaceBook Community is not very convenient due to the lack of search, the impossibility of structuring, and much more. Telegram channels are not suitable for known reasons. Slack? What else? In addition, I would like this solution to be easily integrated into third-party products and be convenient for exclusively IT topics.
