There is a small site on PHP-Nuke, but the engine is obsolete. What can replace it?
Ease of installation is important, a feedback form (preferably with the smtp setting, but not necessary), the ability to publish news infrequently.
Please do not offer Wordpress.

I can recommend you take a look at Flextype .
Installation consists in simple copying by a file on the server.
The feedback form comes with a plugin .
