How to properly install CMS on a database with existing entries?

Hello!
Initial data:
ip address of the server with the MySql database
name, login and password to the
ftp database access
no access to phpMyAdmin
at the moment there is a site
on
drupal neglect, it’s a little, I’ll re-enter it)
but for wordpress I can use the same base, and I can’t clean it without phpMyAdmin
from the desktop application, I also couldn’t access it
Is it possible to install wordpress by specifying the base on which drupal is now, and then clean the database with a wordpress plugin. Like WP Clean Up?

@kuvirkot

no access to phpMyAdmin

You can upload the adminer.php file to the site and use the login, username and password to work as in Phpmyadmin, I often work like this ...
