How to replace Jira?
Greetings
I've been looking for a replacement for Jira Software for quite a long time
. As the team grows, and Atlassian's prices bite, and it's expensive to buy a license for 25 people, I want to find a good alternative.
What I would like to have:
1. the ability to install on your server (self hosted) - this is critical, since the nature of the business does not allow you to store some data on third-party servers
2. the presence of Scrum boards
3. integration with gitlab
, ideally, be able to conduct there not only development projects, but also ordinary business projects, and a good modern interface.
Share what you use in your work.

There is almost everything) And a lot of plugins, integrations. There are many job templates.
Yes, and on a mobile phone you can download, and destop. And all this is complemented by a chic interface)
GitLab Issues. There are boards in the free version (with limited features), but in the paid version, all the benefits of civilization are available: epics, multiboards, etc.
