What are the team management systems?

Comrades, tell me if there are currently adequate "team management systems" (maybe it's called something else, it's not the point, you'll understand). It is necessary to bring order to some chaos of a small indie team.
The requirements are something like this:

  • platform for advanced chat within the team, divided into departments (programmers, artists, etc.), with the ability to manage these chats
  • the ability to create tasks (example: a level designer creates a task for such and such a model with an indication of the characteristics, the modeler takes it, makes it, returns it to the level designer)
  • Eternal storage of completed tasks so that you can see what someone did and when
  • posting "vacancies" in the team (if we need programmers, then only they can register and submit an application)
  • administration and management of all of the above
  • Not a big price for the product. I personally can upload 1-2 k per month, but I don’t really want to anymore.

Is there such a thing?
PS We are also considering writing our own similar service, there are a couple of people from the team who can use PHP, Python, C #. What do you recommend for sculpting? (php is not bad because for literally 200 rubles you can find more or less adequate hosting with a database, etc., and vps is more expensive for everyone else).

1. What is wrong with gitlab, for example? Everything in one place. And code and chat and version control.
2. If you need a unique system - you can always write it yourself. I would write in yii2 or another php framework. I would write as an admin panel to a corporate site, then you can stick tickets from clients there, etc. Most importantly, with proper development, you will make a bunch of useful modules and widgets that will be useful later on for other projects.

I did something similar on Golang + Redis + Mysql in 4 pm. So if you say that you have a small team, then I think in PHP you will write your own in 3 evenings. In any case, it will be faster than choosing a ready-made one for yourself.

Not exactly the same, but very similar:

Storage of tasks, chat, the tasks themselves are there. In general, the product is focused on the media industry, so one of the main features is media content + its editing.
