How to replace HDD with SSD in mac mini 2012?
How to replace a standard hard drive with an SSD? I think I can handle it with a screwdriver. But will it work if I just pull out the old disk and stick ssd in its place and boot, say, from a flash drive? I ask because I don’t have adapters from sata to usb and I can’t transfer the axis, and I don’t want to, I’m thinking of putting a clean one. Are there pitfalls?

disassemble -> put ssd instead of hdd -> collect -> put the system from scratch / restore from backup.
PS if there is no goal to install the system from scratch, it is better to make a backup or clone of the disk first - save a lot of time.
