How to replace H3 and H4 in wordpress child theme?

There is a parent theme in which a lot of h3 and h4 are not in the content (sidebars, comments, etc.).
Code like this:

<h4 class="heading">
  <i class="fas fa-hand-point-right"></i><?php esc_html_e('You may also like...',' profit'); ?>
</h4>

Replacing in the parent is not a problem, as well as transferring files to a child theme and making a replacement there. But I would like to replace h3 and h4 with div without touching these files and without transferring them to the child theme, let's say in the functions.php file of the child theme. Can you tell me if this is possible? And what function to use? And then I really searched and didn’t find anything, except maybe str_replace (). But I don’t know how to use it there to specify folders with files to replace

Whatthefonr - does not define the font , which means the font is not popular, or because it is Russian. Vryatli someone can help. But this article on Habré can help, you can no longer try one of the methods, I already tried it, as I wrote above.

Apparently this is one of the types of Taurus font. On the contrary, it seems to me a very popular font for some reason, all sorts of modern books are remembered. It feels like he is there in everyone)))
But there is a good resource. Enter a phrase and see all fonts with your phrase. You can filter by type. Very comfortably. I've used it many times)

It's just this font. Only the Russian variation was not found. Perhaps it was modified by hand, or in general it is just a picture. But if you look at all the letters that are in the English alphabet and are in Russian, we will see that they are the same.
