How to replace a disk in a FreeNAS-11.3-U4 RAID5 array?
Good day.
Faced the following problem: when there are 4 screws for 4TB and ssd as a boot. Deployed under FreeNAS.
The disk array has recently entered the DEGRADED status and the disk is displayed in the status as unavailable. /dev/gptid/ff32de16-e79a-11ea-a60f-40b07640d41e UNAVAIL
This drive turned off (Offline), turned off the NAS, replaced the screw with a new one of the same size (4TB WD Red), turned on FreeNAS, chose Replace, chose a new drive (ada4), then the Resilvering DATA process started.
The data synced for more than a day and the progress reached 46% for some reason reset to zero and Resilvering DATA started again.
After FreeNAS was turned off.
What if I missed? Tell me please

I never installed FreeNAS - I always managed ZFS with my hands.
I assume that some built-in kroner interfered. Try to stop the cron until full recovery.
