How to repair fuses on atmega328P?

Problem: I tried to flash the atmega328P with a Chinese copy of the AVR USBASP programmer , not knowing the case, stuck my head where it was not necessary, and probably knocked down the fuses in the micro, tried a bunch of programs, the answer is the same, cannot connect to the micro, and says "Chip Enable Program Error " .
How can you restore fzy?
And how to configure them for atmega328P? I would be very grateful for a detailed answer.
ps I did all this on a brainboard, I'm 100% sure that I connected everything correctly, double-checked it several times. Tried resetting with my finger, didn't work.
