How to properly power the radio module?

I'm not an electronics engineer (I'm a programmer), and this topic is quite far away for me, I'm trying to get into it a little. I assembled a simple circuit to control the water pump using arduino, according to this instruction - ergoz.ru/electronics/arduino/arduino-n-channel-mos...
There are 2 power sources in the circuit:
1. 12v power supply, which is connected into a 220v outlet.
2. a power supply that lowers the voltage to 5 volts, having a common ground with the first.
arduino powered by 5v, water pump and radio module by 12v.
Everything almost works, but there was one nuance - when the pump turns on, the radio module stops receiving commands (it may or may not receive), as far as I can guess, the problem is in the pump, it seems to me that it creates some kind of interference on the line, due to which the radio module is buggy. Tell me how to power it from 12 volts?
ps: if you power the module from 5 volts of arduino, everything works fine, but I need 12 volts.
Here is an example wiring diagram for the components:

Is the common wire of the Arduino connected to the common wire of the breadboard?
And how well does your arduino eat a 12V signal from the radio?
And it’s just a piece of advice: it’s better to put the diode closer to the load, and put a larger resistor (otherwise it costs only 220 ohms in the picture, and 10 k ohms in the above article) =)

Most likely there is not enough power of the power supply and when the pump is running, there is a power drop due to which the radio module does not work, then either stabilize the power to the module or install a more powerful PSU, tell me how many amperes your PSU and pump parameters.
