How to repair a certificate in XAMPP in Chrome?

Today I ran into a problem while developing a site locally:
I launched XAMPP, went to the local domain and saw the following error:
Connection is not secure
Attackers may be trying to steal your data from the domen.dev site (for example, passwords, messages or bank card numbers).
NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
Thus, I can no longer work in Chrome (everything is ok in Firefox) with sites, which is annoying.
How to fix this and make Chrome ignore local sites in XAMPP?
The root of the problem seems to be that Chrome began to forcefully transfer sites that it didn’t like from http to https and it’s not clear how to turn it off (in theory it’s impossible)
SOLUTION from a GoOogle user :
You can't use .dev in Chrome, because .dev is now a real domain zone
Instead of domen.dev, you must use domen.randname, that is, any domain zone that does not really exist.

My problem came from having a .dev domain that appears to have recently been registered as a gTLD and placed on Chrome Canary. I found out about this from a recent post I came across while looking for my problem. If you have the same problem, I think the best solution is to change your domain to something other than .dev.
