How to render video quickly with R9 380x?

Good time!
I filmed the gameplay for an hour and a half for the test, and when rendering through Vegas 13, there is no noticeable difference. Or through the percent, or through the video. There are no effects, only video. According to the dispatcher, only the processor (fx-4120) is busy. How can you shift all the work completely to the GPU?
