How to rename a user in jira?

I have full access rights to the system.
According to the manuals, User Management should have an Edit User button, but it doesn't.

You are most likely using an external user system such as Active Directory. In the Directory column, you can see where the user is from. Accordingly, if AD is connected, it is necessary to change the user in AD. There should be an Edit button opposite local users.
