Analog jira but without brakes?

Good day, dear users of the site toster.ru
Advise a ticket management system with a scrum board, like in jira, but without brakes.
At the moment we are using the cloud version of jira and it is very slow,
maybe there is an alternative? Now I’ll say something terrible: maybe there is an alternative with a native client for different platforms?

Where are the brakes in JIRA? If the cloud is slow, then watch your Internet or install the Server version. And more functional and better (unfortunately) at the moment than Jira does not exist
