How to rename a smart object in Photoshop?
Hello.
There is a mocap. Made a rectangle in it, Photoshop automatically named it as Rectangle 1 . Turned it into a smart-object . Renamed to double-click to edit . But when I open this already renamed smart object, the name in the new window is written as Rectangle 1 again . How to rename it normally?
I don't want to redo the smart-object again , since it's hard to fit the curve model.

1. We go into the smart object (CO)
2. Save the CO as a separate file "desired_name.psb" (File - Save As)
3. Return to the main .psd file, select "Create CO by copying" in the CO context menu
4. In the context menu of the new CO, select "Relink to file ...", select the file "desired_name.psb" saved in step 2
5. In the context menu of the new CO, select "Embed linked"
6. Save the main .psd file, test the result , delete the old CO from .psd, delete the "desired_name.psb" file saved in step 2 from the hard drive.
