On my site there was not clear (viral) advertizing. How and to whom it is shown is not clear.
But the iphone owners had complaints. And until recently, I did not have this ad. But today it also showed up. Disappeared after refreshing the page. But it may reappear.

Everything is fine, no viruses and scripts were found

OpSoS have long sinned by embedding ads in sites that do not have https. Judging by the fact that you have a megaphone operator on your smartphone, and advertising is also from a megaphone, this is probably an advertisement for your operator.
