How to check Mac OS for Trojans and all that?

There were two problems:
1. events appeared in the Calendar that a loan, loan, etc. was approved. You cannot delete such events, you can only reject all similar ones. Where they came from is not clear. You reject - in a week new such offers appear.
2. I decided to go to icloud.com through Safari and when I went there, a lot of redirects went to different addresses, after which the final site was clearly a phishing site, like you have three viruses on your computer, you need to download some super thing that will help. After re-entering icloud.com - there was nothing like that, everything opens as usual. Checked /etc/hosts - everything is fine there.
I think it’s obvious that something is wrong with the system, but I can’t localize the problem or find its source. Are there any ways to check the system comprehensively?

1 is not a Trojan, but a calendar jamb. It is necessary in the calendar in the settings to prohibit invitations from outside.
2 is an extension problem. remove (do not disable) all extensions, and use the day or two for the test.
if you still want to get tested, I advise Avast for Mac
, especially
